js999 Responsible Gaming — Your Safety Is Our Priority
js999 believes that genuine entertainment is only possible when gaming stays safe and controlled. Use our responsible gaming tools and enjoy within your limits.
Why Is Responsible Gaming Important?
Online casino and betting can be an enjoyable form of entertainment — but awareness and self-control are essential to enjoying it the right way. At js999 we see responsible gaming not just as a policy, but as the foundation of our platform. Our goal is to ensure that every player's experience is safe, transparent, and enjoyable.
Responsible gaming means enjoying gaming within limits that are in line with your financial situation, time, and mental health. js999 provides several practical tools to help you set and stick to those limits.
Only people aged 21 or above may register and play on our platform. This is not just a rule — it is our commitment that minors will have no access to this platform under any circumstances.
Signs of Gambling Addiction
Stay aware of the following signs to identify problematic gaming:
- Wagering more than you can afford and placing bigger bets to recover losses.
- Neglecting sleep, work, or family in order to play.
- Feeling unable to stop gaming or feeling restless when you try.
- Placing bets using borrowed money or funds taken from others.
- Hiding your gaming habits from family or friends.
- Being so preoccupied with gaming that you cannot focus on daily tasks.
If you notice one or more of these signs in yourself, do not wait — contact our support team right away. Our 24/7 live chat support is always ready to help in Bengali.
Important Message
Gaming is a form of entertainment — it is not a source of income. Only wager an amount that, if lost, will not affect your daily life. Commit to responsible gaming on js999 and enjoy a positive experience.
Responsible Gaming Tools
js999 provides the following tools to keep your gaming experience safe and in control.
Age Verification (21+)
Age verification is mandatory when registering on js999. Only people aged 21 or above may open an account and enjoy gaming. Access by minors is strictly prohibited, and any reported violation will result in immediate account closure.
Deposit Limit
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit on your account. Once the limit is active, it will not be possible to deposit more than the set amount. A cooling-off period applies to requests to increase the limit — requests to reduce it take effect immediately.
Time-Out
Need to take a break? Choose the time-out option and temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days. Betting and deposits will not be possible during this period. Your account will only be reactivated after the set time has passed.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel that gaming addiction is becoming a problem, apply for self-exclusion. This will close your account for an extended period (from 6 months up to permanently) and will stop all promotional communications. This is the most powerful step you can take for your own protection.
Reality Check
An automatic alert will notify you at set intervals to let you know how long you have been playing. When you receive this prompt, stop, take a break, and decide whether you genuinely want to continue. It is the easiest way to keep track of time.
24/7 Support
Any concerns or problems with gaming? Our specialist support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you in Bengali via live chat. Whether the issue is small or large — do not hesitate to ask for help.

Our Commitments and Policies
Transparency and Fair Play
Fair play is a core principle at js999. The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is unpredictable and cannot be influenced by anyone. We believe players have the right to know this.
Protection of Minors
Only people aged 21 or above may participate on our platform. Age is verified at the time of registration. If anyone manages an account on behalf of a minor, that is a violation of our rules and the account will be closed immediately. If you have children at home, you are advised to use parental control software on your device.
Financial Protection
The most important aspect of responsible gaming is financial control. Our advice:
- Set a budget for each session in advance and stick to it.
- Do not place extra bets to try to recover lost money.
- Never bet with borrowed money.
- When you win, withdraw a portion of that money rather than wagering it all again.
- Never think of gaming as a source of income.
Mental Health and Support
Gaming addiction is a mental health issue — seeking professional help to deal with it is not a sign of weakness, but of courage. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your personal or family life, seek help now. Our support team is ready to help you without judgment.
Share your problem with a trusted member of your family. Having someone by your side makes recovery much easier than facing it alone. To reach js999, use our live chat service or email ([email protected]).
